Studio Policies

– Please do not use scented products such as scented detergent and softener on clothes, scented lotions, essential oils, perfume, cologne. – Scented shampoo and conditioner are okay to use. – Please arrive 15 minutes early so we can start on time. – Masks are no longer required unless you are just getting over a virus or bacterial infection. – You must be clear of a fever for 36 hours. – If you have been exposed to Covid, please do not attend, within five days of exposure. You must test prior to attending. – Cell phones must be off unless you have a situation where you need to have it on vibrate only. – Please stay in the process of learning to sense and feel and stay off the internet, texting, etc during breaks and lunch if at all possible. – Shoes must be left in the front entryway. Please wear clean socks and dress in comfortable layers. No belts or jeans. – At any time during we are together in the room, you can use the bathroom. – Water only is allowed in the room. – Purses, coats, bags need to be put in the private room, do not bring into our learning space.
